Why Jesus Character ?

Lack of character in how we solve problems is turning today's solutions into tomorrow’s problems. Whatever religion you ascribe to or not, we believe that we can all find common ground on these Jesus Character Principles (JCPs): Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, Self-Control

JAEF's Philosophy

JAEF's philosophy is to apply these 9 Jesus Character Principles (9JCPs) as a character filter to any solution for any problem. For every problem, the proposed solutions and required resources are first passed through this character lens. The best solution is one that checks all 9 boxes.

JCPs inevitably establish fair grounds for cooperation plus satisfaction and fulfillment to all parties involved.

We can ask some questions to determine how a government/corporation/individual measure up to the 9JCPs.

At Government level:

At Corporate level:

The company that makes your smartphone or your running shoes. If we analyze their production process (from concept to delivery-your hands), you can already guess which JCPs they violate. Some questions we can ask:

Profitably doesn't have to come at the expense of employees, business partners and contractors. We believe companies can either operate with a 'shareholder and ownership'-mentality or JCPs-mentality where JCPs inevitably establish fair grounds for cooperation plus satisfaction and fulfillment to all parties involved.

The 9JCPs don’t only apply to the supply side, they apply to the demand side as well. We believe that employees, consumers and individuals have to hold themselves accountable to the 9JCPs.

At Employee level:

At Consumer level:

Consumerism as an example; are you as a consumer applying the 9JCPs in your consumer behaviour, habits and expectations?

At Individual level:

The 9JCPs are amazingly applicable even in our everyday lives as well, from how we treat our own bodies, partners, kids, barristers, waitresses, janitors, colleagues, authority, homeless and addicts, etc.

Though the LORD be high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly...- Psalm 138:6
